Description

With 6 bedrooms and 3 separate living rooms, this house allows groups to gather in several different areas, yet retreat for privacy. Guests will also love this distinctive Breckenridge vacation home for its proximity to both Main St. Breckenridge and the ski resort. Advanced skiers will get a kick out of accessing the ski slopes via the Burro Trail (located several blocks from the home, conditions permitting). The trail is also great for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and, when the snow melts, hiking (See Satellite Overview in Photos).

On the main level of the house you can enjoy meals with the whole family in the dining area that seats up to 16 people, 8 at the dining table and 8 at the kitchen counter. Entertaining is easy in this open living room / dining room set up! Also on the main level, you will find four of the six bedrooms. The first Master King Suit has a private bathroom with jetted tub. One of the queen bedrooms is also on this floor, with a shared bathroom that opens to the common area. Additionally, there are two bunk bed rooms; one with two bunk beds and the other with a captains bunk (twin over full), and a shared bathroom between the two rooms.

On the lower level of the house, there are two more bedrooms and a second living room. The second master king suite is located on this level with private bathroom and jetted tub. The queen bedroom has a shared full bathroom with two sinks. This lower living room has the comforts of a flat screen TV with DVD Blu-Ray player, gas fireplace, as well as a sleeper sofa.

The upper level living room is a great place for the kids to hang out after a day on the slopes. With a pool table, flat screen TV, DVD Blu-Ray player, stereo, gas fireplace, and sleeper sofa, what more could you need? Casa de Alta has the perfect set-up for multiple families. It has plenty of space for entertaining everyone in your group. And if relaxing is your thing, be content to relax in the private indoor hot tub - no need to dash back in through the cold outdoor air! And don't forget to take in beautiful views of Peak 8 from the front deck!

This home is located in the quiet Warriors Mark West residential neighborhood at Peak 10. It offers quick and easy access to Main St. Breckenridge less than 2 miles away where guests can enjoy shopping, dining, nightlife and all that Breckenridge has to offer. Take the free shuttle from the corner of Gold King way to the slopes, or into town!

Please note that the downstairs kitchenette oven and microwave are out of service due to town of Breckenridge housing regulations.

The house is great, very big and can easily accommodate a big group. Various rooms and sofa beds in the common areas. The only thing I will change is a bigger tv, but is not an issue when you have so much to do in breckenridge and sorrounding towns. Also, the hot water runs out if all the bathrooms are in use at the same time, you just have to take turns to shower. Me and my friend spend the day skiing and use the house to sleep and rest, but very comfortable overall, great location too.

Thank you! Sadly the building in the area are all older so the water heaters were fairly small making them run out quickly if you do take multiple showers, But we are glad you had a good stay!

this home is great for a large group, a 2 bedroom apartment downstairs and a full 4 bedroom home in the main room, the loft is very private and someone could stay there and the living room downstairs could also have someone stay there location is great with the bus system 4 homes away every 15 minutes and let's not forget the SKI IN N SKI OUT TRAIL, about 10 minutes walk but extremely convenient, I would love to stay here again

January Ski Trip

Oktoberfest

For a large group of 15, the house worked really well, especially with most of the rooms having their own bathroom. The teenagers enjoyed the hot tub in the evening, while the adults were able to relax. Some parts of the house are a bit dated, like carpets and furniture, but it easy met our needs for a long weekend.

Great communication and everything was as expected in the house. We cooked multiple meals and had everything we needed. Not walking distance from town (maybe it is downhill, but it would have been a climb home) but we were able to ride share home at night, even in the off season. Pool table was in great shape and is an awesome amenity. Great place for a great price!

Nice location right near town. Holds a lot of people and we really enjoyed it.
Some interesting layout and design considerations (indoor hot tub, VHS tapes and old board games, RTD 1999 Transit Jamboree Mugs, etc.), but it served our purposes well and had plenty of space that a group or family could spread out when in the house, and be right around the corner from the main town.

Casa de Alta was the perfect house for our get together. Though the house sleeps 18, the sofa bed downstairs was uncomfortable, so we suggest bringing an air mattress if your party has more than 16. The house is dated on the inside, however the location is fantastic and sleeping spaces are plentiful. The pool table and TV upstairs are also a nice touch! Thanks for a great experience!

Toby’s place is great - it was perfect for our reunion with friends and little ones. There is so much space for everyone and the room sizes were great - we had pack & plays with plenty of room for suitcases and to get around. More than enough bathrooms so we never had an issue with that either. The internet password didn’t work for us but we never reached out to correct it - the break from technology was welcomed.

This was a great house with an amazing location. Spent 3 nights here with 15 of my cloesest friends for a ski trip. You can ski in/out from this home on to peak 10. Hot tub, pool table, epic balconies....you will not go wrong with this place. The best thing about this rental was the fact that had a combo lock on door. With 15 people plus me & 1 key I was worried about people not being able to access Home unless I was there with key. Not a problem! You will enjoy!

The pictures are accurate, this place is spacious and sleeps a large group. There was plenty of space, even with a pool table and hot tub inside the house! The shuttle to the slopes was very convenient and the host was quick to correct an issue. Great customer service! We had a blast in Breckenridge, and Casa De Alta played a large part. Thanks Toby!

Ana, along with everyone else at Breckenridge Resort Managers, was extremely helpful throughout the booking/check-in process. Despite staying during a holiday weekend, Ana and the on-call staff were even very helpful and responsive when helping with a power outage that impacted the entire neighborhood (even though the outage was through no fault of their own).
The house itself was extremely spacious with plenty of couches, bathrooms, and multiple kitchens. The pool table and hot tub were also in excellent condition and made the stay that much more relaxing and enjoyable.
Overall, it was a great time and we'd love to visit again!
