Whether you are coming up to the mountains for a getaway to ski or stay and enjoy our beautiful cool summer weather and activities, Der Steiermark 107 has everything you'll need year-round. This studio has a queen size bed and an additional sleeper sofa that folds out to a twin bed, perfect for up to 3 people.

There is a cozy wood burning fireplace, balcony with partial mountain view, full size, stocked kitchen and full size bathroom. The location is right in the heart of town putting you in walking distance to all the restaurants and shops and it's just a short walk across the street to hit the slopes. Enjoy a soak in the large community hot tub after the day's activities. The Mi Casa Mexican restaurant is onsite along with a ski/board and bike shop for your convenience. Each floor has laundry machines as well.

The complex offers in unit wi-fi, heated underground parking, a hot tub, onsite laundry, on site ski rental shops, and Mi Casa Mexican Restaurant.

Der Steiermark has everything that you are looking for in a Breckenridge vacation and more.

Great winter getaway.
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Had a nice stay! W locked ourselves out but were quickly able to contact support and access the backup key. Quick walk to the lift and places to eat.
