Beautifully remodeled unique loft ready for your visit! Located right in the heart of town which puts you walking distance to shops and restaurants. This loft condo has a small one bedroom with a door up on the spacious loft with a full size bed and an attached half bath. In the open area of the loft, there's a bonus sleeper area with a bunk bed which has a twin over a full, making the condo perfect for up to 5 people. The gorgeous, fully stocked kitchen opens up to the living/dining area in front of the cozy wood burning fireplace. There is balcony for you to step out onto and enjoy the clean mountain air.

Enjoy a soak in the large community hot tub after the day's activities. This resort also has an on site Mexican restaurant for that end of day margarita.

The complex offers underground parking, a hot tub, onsite laundry, ski/bike rentals, Mi Casa Mexican restaurant, as well as access to the Blue River and a beautiful pond to take a stroll around. Der Steiermark has everything you are looking for on your Breckenridge vacation, and more!

Excellent condo - great location, just as described, kitchen is perfect for cooking, great cookware and wine glasses. They even provided unlimited firewood, which was a fantastic surprise. Really enjoyed the stay!

Very cute and clean place! Perfect for two-three friends to stay. Walkable to downtown area. Parking was very easy. Bedrooms are not fully enclosed or separate. We stayed in the summertime so recommend running fans upstairs at night.

Had a great experience at the condo, it was great to be able to park the car and just walk everywhere we needed to go for the week. The condo was neat and clean and we had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook for the week. The small balcony was nice to sit on in the morning to drink coffee. The condo advertises that it sleeps 5, but it would be really tight to fit 5 adults, it works better for 2 -3 adults. Kitchen was updated and very nice to cook in. Really enjoyed our first trip to Breckenridge.

Loved this condo! Perfect location in Breck and having an easy in and out parking spot was lovely. Clean and cozy. We didn’t use the condo to its full potential in regard to the kitchen (only there 3 nights) but it would have been great for a longer stay and home cooked meals. Easy walk to everything. Will stay again!

Great Location. The quick walk to the Quicksilver lift was easy. And downtown Breck is right around the corner. The afternoon sun on the outdoor balcony was an added perk. The kitchen looks new and was well appointed along with new appliances. The parking was easy being under the building. No need to remove snow from the car in the morning.
The only complaint I would have is that it is a little tight with 2 adults. We are a family of 4 with twin - 19 year old sons. We enjoyed playing Monopoly, music, and of course the skiing.
I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice convenient place close to the mountains.

You cannot beat the location of this apartment unless you were to choose ski in ski out. Ski rental downstairs with great service. The restaurant Mi Casa had good food. Walk across the street and through The Village complex to get on the Quicksilver lift. Walk right to Main Street for shopping and dining. Grocery store less than a half mile. I mean really great location! It’s expensive, but after going, we realized everything in Breckenridge is expensive so this pricing is fair. Only suggestion we have is to update the small fry pans to make cooking a little easier. We would happily stay here again!

Great Snowboarding Trip
As advertised, walking distance to Ski Lifts, restaurants, and shops . Property management had a clear check in process and was very responsive. The property was plenty of room, as the pictures showed. Would be happy to recommend and stay again on our next trip to Breck.

Wonderful apartment in an even greater location! Apartment is just as pictured, super comfortable and right in the middle of everything. Walking distance to Peak 9, bus stops and Main Street, couldn’t ask for a better place to spend our first time in Breckenridge. We had a bit of a hiccup with check in instructions but once we got that sorted out, everything was great! Toby & Lauretta were wonderful hosts and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay a great experience. Will definitely be coming back, if available!

So homey and cozy! We loved it and plan to be back when returning to the area! Great location! Parking is in a garage and not outside which is perfect for when it is snowing. Mi casa Mexican restaurant on main floor is delicious!!! Perfect!

Our family of four just spent a wonderful Xmas week at Toby and Lauretta’s. Their condo is so convenient…right at the busy end of Main Street and across the street from the Quicksilver chair and ski school. Even though it’s centrally located we didn’t have any issues with noise from the street or other guests in the building. Highly recommend

Loved staying at this condo! It was exactly what my friend and I needed for a weekend getaway. It was walkable to everything we wanted to do, and everything in the unit was as described. Beautiful views from the balcony, and the downstairs restaurant (Mi Casa) is a must!

Great spot to explore everything Breckenridge has to offer. We really enjoyed coffee at Gravity Haus and late night food at Redd’s. The space was exceptionally clean and had everything as promised. Newly renovated and comfy. Would stay again!
