We really enjoyed our stay here, and would recommend this to others - condo was very clean, well-kept, nicely furnished. Great location! 2nd floor, you can see the ski runs on Peaks 9 and 10 from the balcony. 10-minute walk in ski boots to the bottom of the chairlift, 10 minute walk to Breckenridge Brewery & Pub and the start of the downtown strip. 3 minute walk to pool and hot tubs. Note that only 1 parking space available, if you have more vehicles you will need to park others across town. Check this one out, it's a great value, you'll love it!

Great place that was clean and had everything that we needed for a week stay. Hosts are responsive and the management service on location was also very helpful. Location was close to the shops/restaurants and about a 5-10 minute walk to the closest ski lift.

Our party of 6 stayed here for a 3-day family ski trip and it was perfect. Plenty of room to relax in the condo, easy walking access to Breck and ski lifts, plus a minute away from hot tubs! Would stay there again!

Great location, literally across the road from the shuttle bus which comes every 15 minutes to town, the village and the gondola. The village was a 5 minute walk, very easy and lot’s of restaurants and shops. We didn’t have a car and honestly, didn’t need one. The apartment was spacious, 3 levels, 2 bedrooms, comfortable mattresses and a loft with 4 more single beds.
We’d stay again.

Good experience. Easy walk to Quicksilver, the property is split on 3 levels, the dinning and living room have some views on the mountains. The water heater tank is big enough to accommodate several warm showers (it’s worth to be noted…)

We had the perfect stay at this property. Everywhere we ate was less than a 10 minute drive and other days we had no issues walking (even to the slopes)! We arrived to town earlier than expected and management accommodated that by allowing us to check in early. My friends mentioned their beds weren’t as comfortable as hoped for but overall we had a great stay.

The entire place was BEAUTIFUL!!! It was a family trip up to Colorado for my sisters wedding and it was 4 minutes from where she was staying so it was perfect! My parents loved it so much! My sister, her partner and their baby had plenty of room. The loft upstairs with the 4 beds was very fun to stay in with my younger siblings :D the entire place was so so clean! This place made our visit to Breckinridge very nice :)

It was very clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked and made it easy to cook full meals. There was plenty of room at the table for everyone to sit and enjoy breakfast together. The furniture is comfortable and it was nice sitting on the porch drinking coffee. There is a washer and dryer and dishwasher which makes keeping up with laundry and cleaning very easy. They even supplied travel size toiletries for the bathroom. There were plenty of towels, blankets, ect. They also have three tvs, books to read, and games to play on rainy days. There is a pool and hot tub on site, and there are several trails for hiking nearby. The bus stop is close, but it isn't too far to actually walk downtown. We had a great stay.

It was our 1st time visiting Breckenridge and I understand the comments about the steps (31) to get to the unit. However, our discomfort was solely the result of the altitude! We are from the East coast, sea level, so every set of steps was hard! The unit was perfect for the 3 of us, comfortable and convenient. The ability to walk to the ski lift and to town was ideal. If I had any recommendation to make things better, it would be the addition of food storage containers for leftovers. Thankfully, someone had left some plastic wrap. We would recommend this unit!

great place to stay. there was a problem with the first place we had booked. a construction issue, not the hosts fault. our hosts bent over backwards to find us a great alternative on a crazy busy weekend. we loved our condo at Lance's west!!!

Good location, it is not a very far walk to the lifts and main street and there is a shuttle stop directly across the street for those who prefer to ride instead of walk. <1 minute walk to the hot tubs and pool. Columbine pool/hot tubs are among the best in town and a strong selling point on the Warriors Mark neighborhood for me. The condo itself is nicely furnished with comfortable beds in the bedrooms, although the mattresses on the loft could use upgrading. The windows in the loft create a strong crossflow when opened in the summer evenings. This is a very nice condo. I have been to Breckenridge 20+ times, mostly in the winter, and would definitely book this condo again.

The condo was very nice and clean. Had enough beds to fit all 7 of us. Condo was spacious enough where we didn’t feel crammed. The location was within walking distance to the Main Street. Bus stop was right outside the condo for quick pick up to the ski slopes. Highly recommend this condo.

This property was perfect for our ski vacation! We had young folks with us so the stairs at the end of the day were not an issue. The condo was close to skiing and town. The condo was comfortable and had plenty of room. We ate in every night with our party of 8 - no issues! We will be back!

We stayed here with another family (4 adults & 5 kids) and it was perfect for us! They layout was great and really all we needed since you don't spend much time inside while in CO anyway (I was worried it might feel tight but it really didn't). Easy walk to the slopes (cut through between the Marriott) and great experience overall.

The condo is about a 10 minute walk to The Maggie at Peak 9. It’s possible to walk over with ski gear, but I wouldn’t recommend. It can be slippery and the altitude makes it more difficult. The bus is quite easy to navigate and is across the road from the condo.
