The complex provides you a great location, just a short slide to the snowflake lift, access to the Upper Village pool, and onsite hot tub, and an easy trek to all your favorite Breckenridge locations. The 2 lifts are a short distance away for easy access to peak 9 and there is free wi-fi, a 12 person hot tub on site and free access to a large heated indoor and outdoor pool a short drive or 5 minutes walk away. The condo provides a heated garage and driveway offering space for 2 cars and all your ski gear.
Inside the condo, you will be wrapped in mountain comfort, beginning with the cozy fireplace, comfy furnishings, and vaulted ceilings. The dining area is outfitted with a six person table, and lies just adjacent to the granite covered kitchen. The kitchen is open and inviting, offering plenty of space and hardware to cook up a snow storm. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and the master bedroom has a nice big king bed. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. The garage is on smaller side, so larger vehicles will not fit. This condo has stairs leading up to the front door. There is a washer and dryer in unit.

Nice condo, convenient to lift and town!
This was a great location for our skiers (close to lift) and non-skiers (close to town). We had plenty of space, and the condo was well furnished with everything we needed. Cozy, clean and wonderful location

Great vacation experience
Condo was clean, warm, and fully equipped. Short walk to Peak 9 base area. Close to a free shuttle stop. Glad we read about the stairs in other reviews, but it wasn’t a negative for us. Heated garage was a definite bonus. Only cons were a burner on the stove that didn’t work and couldn’t figure out how to light the fireplace. From the moment we walked in, we felt at home. INCREDIBLE value for a 2bed 2bath in an awesome location. Clean, comfortable & great communication with hosts. We used the hot tub every day- large, clean, beautiful setting. Cooked in one night; well-stocked kitchen. We have stayed in many Airbnb’s and 3 other ones in Breck & this was by far our favorite. Lauren followed up and made sure the needed repairs were made same day. Pots pans, appliances and utensils were clean and much appreciated. I would stay again and recommend. Loved the nearby hiking, kayaking, and restaurants including a favorite Amazing Grace for breakfast.

With covid restrictions in place and restaurants inside seating closed it was nice to be able to easily go back to apartment for lunch. Didn’t get to check out pool/hot tub due to covid which was understandable so can’t comment on it. Heating was a little tricky to manage, one bedroom was really hot and the other cold, but we managed ok. Garage was convenient and heated. Awesome Family Condo Breckenridge
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great vacation. Los Pinos condo was in excellent condition and a very comfortable fit for a family of 4 with boy teens. Dealing with Breckenridge Resort Managers was professional, simple and seamless. Note we did find the stairs to L2 condo took our breath away due to high resort altitude/fitness and the Ski in/Ski out access is doable but a bit flat, however the resort bus access to lifts was a short easy alternative. This place is great. It’s a short drive 2 mins) to everything in town and far enough away that it is VERY quiet and peaceful. The place has enough room for a family of 4 to have plenty of personal space and a nice living room for hanging out. Two flights of stairs leading up to the actual unit so just know that if stairs aren’t your thing. We loved this place and will remember it for sure when we return.Bryan - Posted: 6/7/2019

The location could not have been better! The condo is a ~3 minute walk to the Snowflake Lift and Peak 8, which is the closest you can get without actually being ski-in ski-out. The heated garage made suiting up in the mornings very comfortable, and the condo itself was perfectly outfitted for our group of four to cook in and play board games in the evenings. The apartment was much better than we'd hoped. Great location- an 8 minute walk/ ski shuffle to the snowflake chair and with a bus stop for free busses a couple of minutes walk from the front door.
We were two couples and had a brilliant week in this really warm and welcoming apartment. We made the most of the hot tub, the heated garage for our skis, fully functioning kitchen/dining area and the walk into town for dinner.
