When we say true ski in and out, we mean it! Being on the ground floor allows you to literately walk out the back door right onto the slope, strap on your skis and go! Located right on Four O'clock run, which provides access to the Snowflake lift, this condo is the perfect location for every level of ski enthusiast.

Inside the condo is a roomy and open layout that will accommodate six people in this two bedroom condo, comfortably. There is a large foyer for de-gearing, leading to the huge living room. In the living room you will find cozy couches and chairs surrounding a warm, wood burning fireplace and large flat screen TV. Just off the living room is the dining area with plenty of seating for the whole family. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare all your meals.

The master bedroom is open and roomy with a cozy king bed. The second bedroom is inviting, and offers an additional king bed. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room as well.

The condo is located on the ground level making access easy for everyone, and has a large rear deck overlooking the ski run for quality apres ski relaxing. With this condo being on the ground floor, it allows guests to enjoy a larger deck with BBQ grill. Watch the skiers go right by!

The exterior of the building is freshly remodeled with natural mountain tones and stone accents providing a perfect gateway to your vacation. Tyra Summit offers guests underground parking, an indoor pool, hot tubs, and clubhouse.

Tyra Summit A-1-B is a lovely condo, with pool and hot tub on site. In the summertime, this location also puts you steps away from the hiking and mountain biking trails!

So much to say about this property and the host. The host was absolutely amazing. There was a few hiccups that was on our end that Lauretta handled with professionalism and caring to our needs.
Then I would have to start off by saying. When you first walk in you feel at home. At least that’s how we felt. I would have to say it’s a little out dated and to some a bigger deal but to us nothing to truly complain about. Very spacious, kitchen is fully stocked, it has everything and more that you could possibly need. The pictures in this listing is exactly how it looks. Matter of fact the pictures for the outside doesn’t even do it justice. To how amazing the view is and how fun it is to watch the people skiing/snowboarding. If you want a true ski in and out experience then this is the property for you. The location is perfect and not very far to restaurant and shopping.
To my family this was a little slice of heaven that we truly enjoyed and we highly recommend it!

We were very pleased with the condo. The owners are very communicative. The directions to get to the location were so easy. Parking was easy. It’s very spacious and clean. The location to the ski slopes is amazing. Walk out the back door and there you are! The only thing was we didn’t have internet/tv the first day. Not a huge deal except it was Christmas Day and my husband wanted to watch football. We logged in to our hotspot and he watched from his iPad. It was fixed promptly the next day. We would definitely go back. We loved it.

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay at Toby and Lauretta’s place. The kitchen was well stocked, linens and towels were provided, and there was shampoo/soap/laundry supplies. Located right next to the hot tub and indoor pool area. Parking accessible under the unit. Flexible with our arrival plans. Scenery beautiful out the back deck.
