Very spacious condo. Wildlife right outside the back deck. My only complaint which is of no fault of Toby, but we had some noisy (like real noisy) people above us for the last 2 nights. Again this is no fault of Toby's, but it is important to note that there is a condo above you. Other than that one issue, this was a fantastic place to stay. Well kept and spacious.

The home was wonderful. The shared pool/hot tub is on the far side of the other building on the property, so not very convenient, but that didn’t bother us. Having a unit above us with loud occupants was a little annoying, but the property managers did what they could to mitigate. The unit was very cozy with a great layout for our family of 4. The ski rack inside the front door was perfect. Overall, excellent property! Would definitely stay here again!

Superb location. Spacious for the 3 of us. The kitchen was stocked with pretty much anything you need. Only 2 cautions- the washer and dryer are very small and the dryer takes several cycles to dry. The shower is a little finicky on temperature.

Two bed, two bath was more than enough for 2 of us. Lower Four O'Clock run takes you right outside the condo. In the morning you can ski down to the snowflake lift or walk 2 blocks to the gondola. Great location. Well equiped condo. Covered garage parking. Will stay there again in a future visit.

The neighbors upstairs were very loud walking. Did reach out to the host and they answered quickly, unfortunately there was nothing that could be done. Overall would definitely stay again!

This was our first time staying in the area in the summer months. Great, central location for quick access to downtown Breckenridge and plenty of day hikes in Breck and Frisco area. Kids enjoyed their own bedroom/beds and bath. Loved the large kitchen and open living area. SO many mountain activities... gondola, chair lifts, kids adventure activities, mountain biking, etc.

We absolutely loved staying here for our ski trip. It’s a great location. We could ski right to the chair lift each morning, and ski home each day. The kids LOVED sledding on the 4 o clock hill each evening right outside, and building snowmen right outback! The updated kitchen is fully stocked for all cooking needs! Very nice condo. Good location for ski-in/out (note: you must take a lift -snowflake- to access to Peak 8 or Peak 9 base areas, but works very well. Estimate 15/20 minutes skiing&lift from condo to Peak 8 base (ski school or Colorado or Rocky Mountain Superchairs).
The Condo perfectly fits for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) or for a group of 5 or 6 (in this case you will need to use the sofa bed in the main saloon).
Excellent parking area (covered), which you really appreciate in case of bad weather / snowing. Kitchen fully equipped. Owners/managers very helpful and proactive. We had a great stay.

As the description promises, this is a true ski in/ski out located off the 4 o'clock run. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated with a well-stocked kitchen. Toby was super helpful before we arrived, and the management company checked in throughout the trip to make sure we didn't need anything. The condo is a short walk down the hill into town, and ubers/lyfts are easy to come by if you dont want to walk backnup the hill. We went into town a couple of times. The restaurants our hosts recommended were great. Our family would absolutely stay here again.

This property delivered on everything it promised. The location was our favorite. That and evening visits to the hot tub and pool after a day of skiing. We walked to town one morning and caught the bus back to the snowflake lift and walked the rest of the way. Groceries just around the bend and a well stocked kitchen to prepare anything we cooked. We hope to be back next year and do it all over again.

Fabulous vacation, wonderful condo.
We are avid vacation rental customers and have a broad array of experiences with these types of accommodations. Toby & Lauretta’s property was exceptional within our experiences.
Ideally located in Breckenridge, close enough to walk to town, yet far enough away to be peaceful and relaxing. An easy walk up or down the 4 O’clock run to Sawmill Creek trail and reservoir.
The weather was beautiful, even the afternoon thunderstorms. The high temperatures were never above 74. The view from the balcony is an open vista of mountains and woodlands. We ate most meals on the balcony to take advantage of the weather and view.
Toby and Lauretta clearly value their property. Amenities are abundant, as listed on the website. I enjoy cooking, even on vacation. The kitchen has great appliances and every kitchen tool and spice that you will need to make any meal. Bedrooms and baths are comfortable and configured for privacy especially for us, since one of us is an early riser. Furnishings are clean and comfortable.
We are ready to return to this condo anytime, winter or summer.

First up, this is a true ski in-ski out unit. You ski down to the Snowflake lift in the morning, just need to pop out of skis to cross the road. Then in the afternoon you ski right down Four O’Clock directly into the back of the building. Couldn’t be any easier. Town is totally walkable, but we opted to drive as it gets cold in the evenings and was a little too far to go with cold kids.
The unit itself is beautiful- clean, nicely updated, and spacious. Two highlights were the entry area and the kitchen. The entryway was hands down the most thoughtfully designed ski house entry that I’ve ever seen. Tons and tons of custom racks and a long bench made getting in and out with five skiers a breeze. Plenty of places to hang coats and gear with room to spare. And a long drip tray for snowy ski boots - genius! The kitchen was clearly outfitted by someone who cooks. They had every countertop appliance (even an electric kettle!) and utensils and gadgets galore. A microplane! Egg poaching cups! It was a joy to cook here instead of the usual making do with rental house stuff.
Laundry in the unit was really helpful. Parking was great - underground but our minivan + pod was easily able to clear the ceiling, which was a huge relief. Unit was also very clean and felt luxe but homey. The perfect place to relax after burning our legs off on the slopes. Highly recommend!!!

In-unit laundry was awesome. Hot tub and pool area were clean and convenient. A gem!

First time experiencing ski in/out life and will never go back. Toby & Lauretta's condo in particular is in an awesome location right on the side of Four O Clock run. The inside is cozy and fully equipped; it was hard to believe we could just walk right out and hit the slopes. Loved being able to cook breakfast, hit the slopes, and cruise straight home at the end of the day to warm up by the fire and cook din. Thanks for sharing your mountain getaway!

The agency was easy to work with and gave detailed instructions about the house. Plenty of dishes, towels, and a full size washer/dryer to use. They even have 2 closets full of games to play. Water pressure was a little low but the house is on a septic system and their was plenty of hot water. Overall enjoyed our stay and would book again. Great for families.

We loved the condo - well appointed and fantastic location for skiing. Easy to ski down to the Snowflake lift and from there could ski all over... headed home for lunch everyday, then back out for some afternoon runs. Kids practiced snowboarding on the Four o’clock run right behind the condo.

The property was fully stocked with everything we could want or need including amazing premium Nespresso coffee. The host was willing to allow us to check in early at noon and even provided an extended ckout due to an injury on the slopes that delayed us. We were very close to Main St shops and restaurants but enjoyed eating at the condo with the amazing views, fully loaded kitchen and full size washer/dryer~ so we returned home with all clean clothes. Four day spring ski trip with my sons. Great location next to 4 Oclock run. Walk right out of the building, strap on the skis and ski down to the snowflake lift. (its a very short walk across the road). At the end of the day, take the longest run on the mountain and end up at your door step. Awesome. Condo was well equipped, clean, and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

This unit was all around perfect for a long weekend in Breck. I have stayed in other houses/condos that claimed they were ski in ski out, but out of all of them, this was the easiest as far as skiing right up to your condo. The unit was clean, the resort managers were quick to give us a parking pass when we originally thought we wouldn't need one, and the view from the back balcony was beautiful. Uber came and went from the condo to take us anywhere we needed to go. The ski rack right as you walk in the unit was extremely beneficial and helped us keep the unit dry from melted snow. If you are on the fence about staying here, I highly recommend it. Overall it is a great property.

Firstly, the location is absolutely stellar! From the back porch alone, we were able to safely watch moose, red foxes and tons of birds.
The view from both the front and back of the home are phenomenal both day and night. You can see Breckenridge down below and peak 8!
The heated pool was especially great for keeping 3 children busy and entertained.
Being that we lived in Seattle for a while, we respected and appreciated the homeowners obvious affection for coffee.
The home was well stocked, beyond expectations, cozy, elegant yet very comfortably laid back.

Fantastic space right off the 4 o'clock trail. Modern and large kitchen with plenty of appliances and utensils for cooking. The extra large ski and coat rack by the front door is also a great touch so snow does not get tracked through the space.

Great apartment completely ski in, ski out overlooking 4 O'clock run. stunning outlook over the mountains. Only a short ski to the Snowflake lift, take your ski's off to cross the road and you have direct access to Peak 8 and 9.
Very clean and warm, great fire to relax in front of after a great day skiing. Kitchen very well equipped with everything you would need and the 8 person dining room table was great for evening dinners in with another family who were staying in the same complex.
Comfortable beds and the kids loved having a TV in their room.
Nespresso Machine much appreciated for the morning coffee.
A lovely walk down to Main Street, we used Uber to get home from dinner/drinks out and very reasonable at about $12 - $15 and a lovely chat to the locals.
Indoor and outdoor hot tub and pool at the end of Block A, which you can access along the outside corridor. Crowded on the holiday weekend but OK the rest of the time.
The only slight problem was the internet didn't work, we couldn't locate the router, and no instructions as to where it was located, so couldn't turn it on and off. As we were taking a bit of a break from technology we didn't miss it too much.
We would love to come back, we had a wonderful stay here and would definitely recommend it.

We stayed at Tyra Summit B-2-C Had a wonderful time! The condo is very nicely appointed and very clean. Has most everything you need for making meals. The dining table is very large and allowed us to host friends for dinner, that were staying in Breck that week. We aren't used to the dryness and should have run the humidifiers that were in the closets. Also, we turned the heat completely off and it was a very comfortable temperature! There are thermostats in the bedrooms and the in the main hallway. We were there the week of Dec 9th and unfortunately this year 4 o'clock run was not open till Thursday of that week - a very warm fall this year, so no ski in till then.

We stayed here during the summer and the place was great. It was close to downtown, although I don't think I would walk it. The walk down would be easy but you would have to walk back up a pretty big hill to get back. I think this place would be great during ski season, it is right off the slope. Also, ran into a moose (which was pretty cool) as we were leaving the condo to go on a hike.
