Whether your family is here for the wintertime skiing or the summer hikes, this mountainside home offers something for everyone. And you can't beat the location of this condo, located at the base of Peak 9! Being in downtown Breckenridge means access to all the shops and restaurants in Main Street.

This lovely condo has an open kitchen, living room and dining room making it easy for you to comfortably cook dinner while conversing with the family. The dining table has seating for six, with two additional seats at the kitchen island. Spread out in the spacious living room to enjoy a good movie on the large flatscreen TV, or head out to the private balcony to enjoy a delicious meal while taking in the sweet mountain air.

The master bedroom hosts a king sized bed and en suite bathroom with side by side shower and bath tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has a captains bunk (twin over full).

When you're home from skiing the fantastic winter slopes, let the onsite hot tub soothe those tired muscles, just a few steps away. Downtown Breckenridge is just a few steps away with lovely boutiques, restaurants, and activities to enjoy and the nightlife is something to behold!

No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

Dillon Reservoir offers ice skating and ice fishing, so be sure to plan a day trip with the family.

There is one allowed parking spot located in the underground garage. Additional and oversized vehicle parking options are not available onsite; overnight pay parking is available in the town's Ice Rink and Airport Road parking lots.

Great location for our family ski trip

Great condo! Clean, well maintained 1st floor unit within 5min walk of the Quicksilver lift. Easy check-in process. Management was very responsive when we reached out about washing machine making noise. Underground parking was great. The free ski valet with Charter Sports was very convenient. All of the beds were comfortable. The family room furniture was slightly dated but fine for us. The hot tub was right next door (with two other options around the property, but we never needed to walk farther). I'd recommend this spot to others.

Spring ski trip

Beautifully furnished. Perfect location to walk to slopes and Main Street. Villa had plenty of space for 6 adults and all the amenities to cook in if we wanted. Would definitely come back!!

Great location and great home!

This condo was 200 yards to the ski lift with a valet service for skis, and across the street from Main St restaurants and bars, great location! Warm and cozy, loved everything about it! Would definitely stay again!

Amazing Vacation Rental!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the absolute best stay! We had a slight miscommunication about a baby pack and play and the management office quickly stepped in to help us and bring us one immediately. Anytime we would ask a question they were so quick at responding! We also had a humidifier break and they brought up a new one for us to use. I'd highly recommend booking your next vacation through Breckenridge Resort Managers!

Great town house just a few minutes from the lift

We loved our stay. We easily walked to and from the lower lift and there are plenty of bars, bakeries, and restaurants within walking distance. Can't wait to come again!
