I enjoyed having a ground floor unit which was just a few steps away from the hot tub! Skiing, great conversations with like minded people and a wonderful (short) walk to downtown or the snowflake chair lift. I would recommend this place to anyone! And will certainly be back summer, fall, and winter!

The bed was comfortable, sleeper sofa was good, the kitchen was great, but the carpet is in need of replacement and the hallways are rather dark. It was nice to have a place close to downtown.

This is an economy condo, not a 5-star place. But it is everything you need and it’s about 50 yards from a true ski in/out. I’m SUPER thankful places like this exist to allow the working man to get so close to the mountain! LOVE the access, LOVE the communication! Excellent place, thank you!!!

The Airbnb was perfect for a staycation! Location was just 2 blocks from Main Street so perfect if you like to be close to town. The unit was a few steps from the hot tub so that was a plus as well! I would stay again!

this little condo was great for what we needed. There was enough space for us and our 1yr old. The unit has what you need to make it through a long weekend. only drawback was the thin walls/ceilings. we did not have issues with sound at night, only in the day with neighbor dogs.

We've been to Breck many times during the summer and always liked staying downtown. We were a little worried about being up from the city, but it was great. A short walk (maybe 5 minutes) and you're in the heart of downtown. Plus turn left and right up the street are some very nice trails if you want to do some hiking.
The condo is a nice size 1 bedroom with a roomy living area and kitchen. Perfect for 2. All the pots, pans etc are there. Nice being on the ground floor and has a grass area with creek about 20 ft away. Also the hot tub is out the back and to the right, but there wasn't any issue with noise etc. The condo was very clean well kept & the bed was nice and comfy! All in all a very nice place and excellent location.
I would like to add that the property management company that handles the property is probably one of the BEST I've ever dealt with. I've used Airbnb all over the place and dealt with individual owners and property managers and these folks exceptional. They were always quick to reply to questions and helped up out when we had to delay our arrival.

Just a short walk to the heart of downtown & Main St. Turn left and walk about a block to some really pretty trails.

great location just a very short walk to the lifts and can board all the way down to the building. space was very clean and a great place to sleep to get ready for the next day of riding. also just a few blocks from town for the afternoons after the lifts close.

Great location and place to stay! Short walk to Breck Connect Gondola and a fun ride down Lower 4 O’clock run will put you at the back door of the condo. Will definitely be coming back in the future!

Everything about this place was great. It’s just a ten minute walk to Snowflake Lift (uphill, but this 56 year old could handle it) and it is legit ski-in, down Four O’Clock right to the back door if you want. It’s a five minute walk to the heart of downtown, and we walked everywhere, even out to the Troll sculpture, and to the Gondola lift. Also, it’s one bathroom but there are two bathrooms available down the outside hall which were very clean. Totally recommend this place. Thanks!!!

Very nice and cozy place within a good proximity to the Breckenridge downtown and Breckenridge ski attractions. The condominium itself was very clean and welcoming. Check in and check out procedures were clear and concise.

We enjoyed our stay! Loved the location being close to the lift/town. Everything was clean and just as advertised in the description + check in was easy. The space fit the 4 of us, but is probably more comfortable for 2. Having an extra bathroom down the hall is helpful. Loved having the hot tub close by, and surprisingly did not hear anyone in it.

Very nice place and location. There’s a small grass area and stream in the back which we’re lovely. The unit is right by the hot tub so there is some noise and traffic from that.

Not the suite owners fault but apparently the had a water leak in the hallway just outside of the suite and they had a fan drying out the carpet we had to listen too for 2 days and nights.

Great communication with a quick reply about the hot tub being open. I'm not a big fan of the ground level on this particular building, but this is one of the nicest units on that level because the slider opens to a patio within steps of the hot tub.

Great ski in ski out. The closest lift is a short walk, however it is up hill and with equipment can be tough but overall we had a great time and it was a great place. Also check in was very smooth.
