Ziggy’s was a great place for a girls’ weekend! Exactly what we needed for a peaceful book-girl weekend. Lots of seating, cozy outdoor space and a hot tub. What more could you want?!

One of the rare cases where we discovered the house was better than the photos depicted. We had an amazing stay. Everything worked, all amenities were ready to use, they provided propane for the heat stand on the porch, salt for the walkways, hot tub was hot when we got there, humidifier in every room, logged into all the streaming services, garage clear to park two vehicles, and a cabinet full of spices. We had the best time in Breck and in large part due to the Airbnb. I would 100% return to stay at this Airbnb.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This a great all around place to stay in Breck. While not in town. It is convenient to reach all parts of Breck and exit town easy. It has plenty of space for large family and huge two stall garage. This is a rare find to have a two stall garage that fits full size SUVs. It is nice to pack up in the morning in doors. The property is on a main route so no issues with snow removal each morning. I've booked for 10 plus years from property manager and always great!

What a great place!! We were pleasantly surprised by some of the miscellaneous things stocked in the house that we ended up using (spices in the kitchen, humidifier, space heater). Everything felt very comfortable and "homey". The front porch and hot tub were excellent to hang out in the evenings after snowboarding all day. It was perfect for our family trip but also very roomy to accommodate a larger group

We really enjoyed our stay! This was a much needed family vacation & it was perfect for our little family. We brought our side by side and explored the trails during the day, came “home” cooked our meals, relaxed in the hot tub & had lots of family game nights! Our stay at Ziggy Bear Lodge was comfortable and convenient. We enjoyed sitting on the front deck watching for wildlife. We were greeted by moose multiple times and we saw "Ziggy" bear two times. We took advantage of Peaks Traihead which was approximately 1/2 mile from the lodge. The location requires a 10 mimute drive to downtown Breckenridge but the drive is scenic and restaurants, activities and attractions are easy to access.

We loved staying in this part of Breckinridge. Homie feel away from the busyness of downtown, but close enough to get shopping done or get some food at a local eatery. However, the house is so cozy and has everything you need so you won’t want to leave. Also some beautiful trails within walking distance.

Great location and loved the place! Hot tub was great, set up of the house is nice and well stocked. Just make sure you have 4-wheel drive and set heat downstairs high (80) on arrival as heat lags temperature setting. They were super responsive and helpful as well!

Great home in a great location if you’re wanting to be in Breckinridge! Far enough to get quiet but close enough to downtown. House was beautiful and comfortable! The only thing was it’s not as secluded as the pictures make it seem but still a great location, atmosphere and location!

On top the mountains, in the woods and even though there is neighbors it’s very peaceful! Wild animals walk through the property adding for a real nature feel! An exceptional house in an amazing mountain town!

We had a wonderful Labor Day weekend trip at Ziggy Bear Lodge. The house was clean and spacious, with plenty of living and dining area space for the whole family to spread out. The location was nice and wooded in the mountains, with a very short drive into town. We especially loved the hiking/walking trail just a couple blocks from the property with beautiful views of the mountain range, ski resort and town. The only downside was that the top bunk in the kids’ room didn’t have a railing so we couldn’t have a kid sleep up there, but there was an air mattress in the closet so it wasn’t the end of the world. Would definitely come back!

What a lovely home! Our kids were ready to move in and very sad we had to pack up to leave. Everything we needed for our visit was there and it was CLEAN!! We would definitely rent again!
It was a little warm the first night- visiting in early August, so that was expected. There were limited screens on windows, so hard to get cooled off and keep the bugs out. It eventually cooled off, and the next day was cooler, so not an issue. Just something to think about in the summer months.

Perfect way to attend a wedding in Breck and still break away from the hub bub. 12 minutes to town but worth it. Good for a family of 7. Lots of space to hang out and play games. We would come back for sure.

We loved every minute of our family time at Ziggy Bear! We were even lucky enough to see a moose and an elk in the neighborhood! Plenty of space in the house and the hot tub was a great amenity!

Honestly couldn’t have hand picked out a more perfect place for our stay, loved how secluded it felt although we weren’t a long drive to town. Having that front deck with the outdoor heater and hot tub after a long day on the slopes we’re a saving grace. Also, it was a real nice surprise to see humidifiers were provided- thanks!

It was wonderful having the hot tub, plenty of room, the columbines were lovely, and it was great to be able to park in the garage. It would have been nice to have more than 3 chairs on the deck, and the propane tank on the grill wss empty. All in all, it was a beautiful property and we enjoyed our stay.

Everything worked great with 2 minor exceptions:
1. Couldn't get the fireplace to work no matter how hard we tried - quite disappointing on the chilly fall mornings an nights
2. How about a decent corkscrew?

Great cabin in the woods! It was the perfect size for our family with each kid having their own room. Super stocked kitchen, enjoyed being able to do some cooking, laundry and hot tubbing. Would definitely stay there again.
